Creating Connection and Giving Back in New York
Bringing a globally distributed team together is always about more than just meetings, it’s about building culture, connection, and shared experiences. That was the driving force behind Priority Software’s multi-day offsite in New York City.
Hosted at the iconic NOMO SoHo hotel, the two-day event combined business sessions with team-building activities designed to strengthen bonds and create lasting memories. One of the highlights was a Scavenger Hunt through SoHo, where every point earned contributed to a donation for Variety – the Children’s Charity of New York. This unique twist allowed the team to explore the city, collaborate in fun ways, and also give back to the community.
The result was an offsite filled with energy, learning, and genuine connection. Employees left not only with stronger ties to one another but also with pride in knowing their teamwork made a positive impact beyond the company walls.
