Pagaya's 10 year anniversary party

Pagaya’s Running Into Decade Two: Celebrating 10 Years in Style

For its 10th anniversary, Pagaya set out to celebrate not just where the company has been, but where it’s headed. The theme, “Running Into Decade Two,” captured that mindset perfectly.

The office had been transformed into a track-inspired space, with branding woven throughout the entire floor. Every employee received a new pair of On shoes, symbolizing the start of the next chapter, before spending the day enjoying games, connecting with colleagues, and soaking in the energy of the celebration.

One Celebration, Two Countries

What made the event even more impressive was that it wasn’t happening in just one place.

While employees in New York were lacing up their new On shoes, an almost identical celebration was taking place thousands of miles away at Pagaya’s headquarters in Israel.

The vision originated with Pagaya’s Employee Experience Leader, Amit Turecki, who led the celebration from Israel. Every element, from the track-inspired branding to the employee experience, was thoughtfully designed to create one unified celebration across both offices.

Bringing the Vision to New York

Our role at TeamUp was to serve as an extension of Amit’s team in New York. Rather than creating a separate event, our responsibility was to execute the vision developed in Israel at the same standard and with the same attention to detail.

That meant ensuring employees in New York had the same experience as their colleagues in Israel, from the branding and production to the overall atmosphere. When both offices celebrated simultaneously, it felt like one global event rather than two separate gatherings.

Behind the scenes, that required careful planning, constant communication, and an incredible team of partners. A special thank you to Einat Alpert of Olive Branch for production and design; Ohad Kab of DADA Studio for event photography; Julia Valler of Julia Valler Event Staffing for event staff; The Print Code and Popular Printing for the custom event branding and printed materials; and Michelle Claire Gevint for the social videos. Their collaboration helped bring Pagaya’s vision to life exactly as intended.

This event marked the beginning of Pagaya’s year-long anniversary celebration. If this kickoff is any indication, it’s going to be an exciting year ahead, and we’re grateful to have played a part in helping bring the first chapter to life.
