Pagaya Q1 EXaaS: Building Employer Experience, One Moment at a Time

At Pagaya, Employer Experience isn’t treated as a one-time initiative or a single event. It’s something that’s built consistently, thoughtfully, and with intention over time.

Q1 was a perfect example of what Employer Experience as a Service (EXAAS) really looks like in practice. Month by month, we created opportunities for employees to step away from their routines, connect with each other, and feel part of something bigger than their day-to-day work.

In January, we kicked things off with a fresh and energizing start. A juice bar brought a healthy boost into the office, paired with “notes to self” a small but meaningful moment for reflection and intention-setting for the year ahead. Soon after, we introduced Super Bowl giveaway boxes, giving employees something to take home and enjoy with their families, extending the experience beyond the office and into their personal lives.

February continued with experiences centered around connection and creativity. A flower bar for Valentine’s Day transformed the office into something warm and interactive, giving employees a chance to create, share, and enjoy a different kind of break in their day.

We wrapped up the quarter with a St. Patrick’s Day celebration that brought a sense of fun and energy into the workplace, a reminder that sometimes, the simplest moments are the ones that bring people together the most.

This is what EXAAS is all about. Creating touchpoints and experiences that employees remember, talk about, and look forward to.
