HIMSS to RSAC: Field Marketing & OPs done right so our clients can show up

Conference season is intense.

Back-to-back events, different cities, multiple teams, endless moving parts, and very little room for error.

This year, we had the opportunity to support several companies across two major conferences: HIMSS and RSAC. And while each experience looked different on the surface, the goal was always the same: help our clients show up confidently, with everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We started at HIMSS with ACT Security, supporting their booth presence end-to-end. From operations and logistics to giveaways and managing their VIP room, our focus was on making sure every detail was handled so their team could stay focused on what mattered most – connecting with people and sharing their message.

From there, we went straight into RSAC.

We continued supporting ACT, while also working with Sygnia on their marketing materials, VIP room setup, and overall on-the-ground execution. At the same time, we stepped in where needed, supporting LEMA.AI with branded items and helping Clover navigate a last-minute logistical challenge.

This is the reality of Field Marketing and Event Operations.
