When Guesty came to us to plan their team offsite in Austin, the brief was simple: bring the team together somewhere that had real energy, and make sure every moment counted. Austin delivered, and so did they.
The offsite struck the right balance between heads-down work and genuine connection. Strategic sessions gave the team space to align and think big, while the rest of the schedule was built around experiences that let them exhale. The Go Game brought out some friendly competition, line dancing gave everyone a proper Texas initiation, and team dinners and interactive entertainment kept the energy going well into the evenings.
What made the whole thing feel cohesive was the branding. Guesty’s identity was woven into the experience from the start: marquee signs, floral touches, a photo booth at the party, all of it layered with just enough Texas soul to make it feel like it belonged there. The photography captured it all. It wasn’t just an offsite. It looked and felt like a Guesty event.
Behind the scenes, TeamUp handled the planning, vendor coordination, branded elements, and on-site logistics so the team never had to think twice about the details. That’s exactly how it should be.
Guesty showed up fully. We just made sure everything around them was ready when they arrived.
If you’re planning a team offsite and want it to feel like a real experience, not just a work trip with a nicer hotel, get in touch.
