Aligned, a fully remote global company, needed a way to bring their team together, and they needed it quickly. With little time to plan, they reached out looking for a remote experience that would feel different from the usual Zoom session.
Instead of creating another meeting-style event, we introduced a live, interactive game show experience designed to get people involved right away. The impact was immediate. Cameras turned on, the chat became active, and employees who rarely spoke in regular meetings started participating. Teams collaborated, competed, and laughed together, creating a shared moment that felt both natural and energizing. For the first time in a while, it felt like a real team experience.
