WiseStamp’s sales team spent a few days in Tampa getting out of the office, stepping away from the day-to-day, and spending some real time together.
The trip included focused strategy meetings, giving the team the space to have important conversations and work through their goals without the usual distractions.
For a Team Building activity full of creativity and a lot of fun, the team took part in Just Roll With It, a skateboard painting activity with a purpose. In smaller teams, everyone designed their own skateboard, while working together along the way. The best part? The finished skateboards are donated to kids, so the activity gives back long after the team leaves.
And when the work and activities were done, there was plenty of time to simply unwind. Evenings were spent over dinner, drinks, and good conversations, with time to relax and enjoy being together outside of work.
A few days to focus, create, connect, and just enjoy each other’s company. Sometimes, that is exactly what a team needs.
