When Reserv brought their executive team to Chicago, the brief was clear: this was a small, select group, and every activity and meal had to be spot on.
Day one started with strategy sessions at WeWork, the kind of focused work that doesn’t happen as easily back at the office. Lunch followed at La Briola, and the afternoon turned into a sushi workshop at Sundae Nawasian in River North, with the group rolling their own lunch under a chef’s guidance. In the middle of the schedule, the team paused to celebrate a colleague’s baby shower, because a good offsite makes room for the human moments too.
Day two brought the highlight of the trip: a morning at Autobahn Country Club, where the team geared up for speed and took racecars around the track themselves. The offsite closed out with dinner at Gibsons Steakhouse, a fitting finish to two days built entirely around this group.
Behind the scenes, we worked with Chicago Super Coach to handle every transition in between, moving the group from the hotel to WeWork to the racetrack and back so Reserv’s leadership could stay focused on each other instead of logistics.
