That was the spirit behind Nova GBG’s annual offsite, and we were glad to be the ones making everything run behind the scenes.
The event spanned multiple days and was designed to blend business time with experiences the group would actually carry home with them. Accommodations at the hotel set the tone from the start, giving the team a home base that felt a step above the everyday. Dinner at The Clubhouse Restaurant brought everyone around the table for a meal that was as much about conversation as it was about the food.
The highlight that stood out most was the cruise. Stepping onto the water, away from screens and agendas, has a way of resetting a group in the best possible way. It gave people space to connect in a setting that felt genuinely fun, which is exactly the point.
A photo booth added a lighter touch throughout the event, giving the group a way to capture the moment without anyone having to think about it. AV and shuttle coordination kept the logistics invisible, so the team stayed focused on being present.
