It had been a very long time since all of Sygnia’s U.S. delivery teams were in the same room together.
A brilliant, purpose-driven group, spread across the country, finally meeting face-to-face.
The first day began with a buzz of excitement: new faces, a packed agenda, and high expectations.

Just before everyone left, the company’s SVP walked over, thanked Maybar, and handed her Sygnia’s challenge coin. It read:
“YOU ARE THE SHIELD.”
It was more than a simple thank-you.
